"A very comfortable room once you make it there. Getting there was very difficult for me, but I’m a foreigner who doesn’t speak French so it’s probably just a me thing. The parking and unloading the car was very stressful because there was not a lot of options in front of the hotel and I made a mechanics shop angry as I was trying to unload. "When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out. "We arrived at the hotel quite early (9:30ish am) and both the valet (Lou) and the person at the front desk (Celine) was terrific. Greeting us and going out of their way to both take our rental car to allow us to check in, and to find us a room (to freshen up) as our reserved room wasn’t available yet. Also had a drink in the restaurant before heading out and the staff were all extremely gracious and accommodating. The problem was that after we met friends for dinner and were out till late. Upon arrival back in the room to sleep we discovered that the sheet under the comforter had some older stains on it. It was too late and we were exhausted to call the front desk so I put a large bath towel over it and we went to bed. Didn’t mention it to the front desk as we had to leave early to keep up with our planned itinerary. Wanted to mention this in my comments as I’m sure the management in this fine hotel would be appalled with this and appreciate the feedback. It’s unfortunate as everything else with our short stay was exceptional. "
