Semi-detached chalet (on one side) of 55 SQ-M on 2 levels, very well equipped, located in the "Chalets Neighborhood" of La Tania. ON THE GROUND FLOOR (Level 0): Junior bedroom en-suite : 2 sets of bunk beds (4 single beds) with en-suite shower room. Separate toilets. ON THE 1st FLOOR (Level +1): Living room with corner bench, television and DVD player. Equipped kitchen and dining area with multifunction oven, electric hob and dishwasher. Master bedroom on the 1st floor: 1 large double bed (Queen size: 160cm) with balcony. A shower room with basin and toilet. ATTACHED - INDEPENDENT (Level 0): Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Independent ski locker at the entrance to the chalet and boot dryer in the garage. Garage for 1 vehicle. 4G WIFI connection at an additional cost (limited to 5GB / day). RENTAL CONDITIONS: Bed linen included from 12/15 to 04/30 only, otherwise at an additional cost. Towels and end of stay cleaning not included and on request. Security deposit required on arrival. Supplement for pets 25 € / week (within the limit of 2 animals maximum).
