"Location is wonderful, the apartment is nice. Communications with the owner were extremely timely and accurate. This would be great rental for all days except the very hottest due to ventilation difficulties. I would definitely recommend for a ski vacation. "The flat was great for our group ski trip of 10 adults, very good value for money. Lovely location in Courchevel village with a short walk (albeit uphill) to the ski lifts, and very cosy inside with the fire.Cleanliness was not great upon our arrival but nothing major if you’re not fussy.Initial comms with the host were fine but sparse. After leaving he accused us of breaking a metal plug that was clearly broken already due to really bad corrosion. Asked for pictures to confirm and figure out...

"Due to a canalisation problem, one bedroom with four beds couldn’t be used. Even with the room closed the whole apartment smelled of toilets. The owner unilaterally decided to reimburse 10% of the rent (but we lost half of the beds) The apartment is old, not well furnished and the old owner is a pain to deal with. There are so many other options avoid this owner."

"Joe’s apartment is exactly as it is pictured in the photos. Considering prices in the area, it's great value for what you pay. There were 8 of us and we were comfortable. The kitchen is quite small and doesn't have an oven, but for it's size it's really well equipped. A great stay overall!"

"Excellent location and facilities. The flat was lovely and warm and we could control the temperature to suit our needs. Truly ski in/ski out with green run to chair lift with access to greens blues and reds and green run back. Would have been even better if there had been a key safe at the door as co-ordinating access to the flat during the day for a large group was difficult with only two keys. Also some tea towels would have have been useful in the kitchen."

"Ski in ski out, 5 min walk from ski bubble, very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, charming 60s style decoration. Only negative is the hassle to rent your bed sheets and no hairdryer, but nit negatuve enough for not coming back. Definitely recommend the place to stay."
