Charming family cottage, 7 rooms (up to 14 Persons), near the Loire castles.

Our charming family farmhouse of 350 m², is close to Cheverny. In the middle of a large garden, bio fields and vineyards. It has 7 rooms. Ground floor: 1 master suite (bed 160 * 200) with shower and toilet, and a large TV screen, 1 master suite (two separable beds 80/200) with bathroom, 1 large living room of 60m² with fireplace, large screen, a kitchen, a toilet and a dining room. On the floor, 1 small room with a bed 145 * 200, 1 room with a bed 2X80 / 200) and a washbasin, 1 room with a bed 150/200, a room of children with two beds (85/190), and adjoining, a sink, 1 large bathroom and a separate toilet. Place both charming and perfectly quiet. Large family table outside for meals. The region is rich in places to visit for all tastes, and less than 45 minutes: between Châteaux (Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Chenonceau), famous Zoo (Beauval), Museum of Magic (Blois) or Leonardo da Vinci (Le Clos Lucé ), magnificent gardens (Villandry and Chaumont) as well as descents in Canoe on the Cher, you will not have time to get bored, all this at 2 hours from Paris. Rent for a minimum of 2 days. Cleaning fees not included. Internet in the living room and the dining room. Car park. Swimming (pools and water at 15 minutes). Many games for children available, table football, barbecue, tennis, ping pong trampoline etc ...
We rent for a minimum of 2 days during normal weekends, and a Week during the summer and vacations.

Vacances dans la Loire

Très belle et grande chaumière aménagée avec goût ; calme très appréciable au milieu des vignes (extérieur très agréable sans vis à vis). Idéalement placée à proximité des château de la Loire, donc idéale pour des vacances en familles. Sans oublier les hôtes : très sympathiques et accueillants.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille pour un week end prolongé : la maison est spacieuse et parfaite pour un groupe (12 personnes), bien équipée, et surtout nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, quel plaisir !

Accueil parfait avec une collation. Maison très agréable à vivre, chambres très bien décorées, cuisine bien équipée et salons très confortables avec cheminée. Idéal pour les familles

Accueil très chaleureux et propriétaires avenants. La maison est bien équipée et au calme. Le jardin est très agréable. Je recommande pour des réunions de famille avec jeunes enfants. Situation très pratique pour faire quelques châteaux à vélo.

très bon séjour

très bon séjour. Cependant la gestion des poubelles à déposer par les locataires...nous n'avons jamais trouvé le container pour déposer les ordures à trier et sommes rentrés chez nous avec! compte-tenu du prix cela pourrait être pris en charge surtout avec les frais de ménage comptabilises autre critique le nombre de salle de bains est inssufisant pour le nombre de couchages (3 pour 14couchages) Heureusement nous n'étions que 9!)

Bien accueillis par nos hôtes Apéritif généreux bienvenu par cette chaleur csniculaire !

Belle propriété, en campagne, dans un environnement calme où chacun a pu aussi bénéficier d'un espace privatif offert par la grandeur de la maison et du parc ! Très bien située pour visiter la région des châteaux. Je le conseille aux familles et y reviendrais volontiers. Merci à nos hôtes Savina et Christophe .
