"Lovely hotel and amazing for the kids. Pool is a bonus, especially being open so late!! We also made use of the soft play area and the playground outside which were great. Breakfast was basic and rooms could do with updating but overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back here. Staff were always friendly and helpful. "

"Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Disney. The hotel is beautiful, ignore the negative reviews as I couldn't find one issue with the hotel. The free shuttle bus can get busy at peak times but this would be the same for any hotel. Breakfast is the most quiet at 7am we were the only family in there. It does get a lot busier from 8:30am but I did witness staff replenishing food that had ran out. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly when the children realised there wasn't bunk beds in the room they happily changed our room for us. We also opted for late check out on our last day which I thought was excellent value for money at only 10 euros per hour. This meant the children could still take advantage of the play area and swimming pools and we had our room as a base before our evening flight. I wouldn't hesitate to give our stay 5 stars. "Great hotel with a lovely athmosohere and great amenities. This is a really good in between hotel. It's walking distance to the parks butter is a free Disney bus if you prefer. And it has a pool - but at the same time won't break the bank. Advice - book a hotel close to amenities as otherwise you may be in one of the lodges quite far away from reception etc Breakfast is great and you can ask for it to take away "

"We stayed for few days while visiting Disneyland. The hotel was simple and clean. Nice aerea and the shuttle to Disneyland was very quick, les than 5 min. Breakfast was nice in spite of all the bad reviews that I read on internet. I quite enjoy the place. Super convenient and cheap. Super breakfast… Italian style. I noticed that they don’t allow bags at breakfast which I totally agree. We had dinner on the first night there, not too much choice but good as an emergency 😉. "

"The hotel had an awesome old western theme which takes you back in time to the wild west. The attention to detail was great and all that was missing was a duel at sundown (thankfully) The staff here are absolutely amazing and made pur stay even more pleasant. So friendly and exceptional customer service which was far superior to my experience at other hotels I have been to. The value for money is outstanding and if you get the park tickets and breakfast package then you will be laughing all the way to the park and back."
