"Great location and great price. I had to carry my luggage up 3 sets of steps and that was tricky. The internet did not work in my room, I spoke to the receptionist to let them know, and never got better. We were near the public transit, and heard that all night. Breakfast was limited. "

"Number 31 is a super cute boutique stay. The architecture is incredible and there are many hidden gems around the property. Gorgeous outdoor patio area, Sunken seating room, delicious breakfast and more. The staff are incredibly attentive and made our stay perfect. "

"Great place to sleep in Dublin for a night or two. Room was huge - there were 2 of us but it could have slept 6! It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre which was perfect for exploring and the price was excellent compared to other hotels. It was self-check-in so we didn't see any staff."

"The building was magnificent, every room was so grand. We were on the top floor so that was extremely tiring but very wide stairs so that helped. Breakfast was superb. My only criticism was the soap dispensers weren't great. Luckily, we had our own soap so there was no need for us to go up and down those stairs! I must say though, my daughter (obviously, far younger) was fine with the top floor."

"This is a wonderful home like place to stay. The owners are AMAZING. They really go above and beyond. The breakfast was great and she took a lot of time with us explaining how to return our rental car and get through the airport. We really felt like family while we were there."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating with someone greeting you upon entry. The room was clean, well maintained and restocked as needed. Simple and adequate, a good value. I would return here again "
