"We were 6 Adults staying for a week. The handover was good and we were showed where everything was should we choose to use them. We got settled in and the bedding was fresh and clean. However overall the property was unclean throughout. We purchased cleaning products and cleaned the kitchen area andd toilets. Cobwebs were visible in the bedrooms and living area. In the living area the 1 of the 3 couches smelt of dog. The paint decoration was patchy in some areas. There is no TV and bath towels are not present but are shown in a bedroom photo. The above did not alter our stay as we were out every day. However to summarise the property is good and in a lovely location with good local facilities. But it needs a DEEP clean and a womans touch. Furniture needs updating as its very out of date."

"Stayed in a VIP cottage, well worth it. Includes linen and towels. Cottage is well equiped with a nice kitchen and your own sauna which we used daily. Swimming pool and other amenities are great. Check in and out procedure was smooth, literally less than a minute. Highly recommend for families with children"

"Overall, our stay was good because I made it good. Depending on the staff, they could ruin everything. We booked an 8-day stay, and that wasn't cheap at all, so yes, I expected better service. To begin with, the man who greeted us simply handed us the bags and the map and said, "You can go." I asked if they could help us with our bags because our house was quite far away. He replied, "Look, that's not a service we provide, but I'll find someone to help you. But don't call on your departure to the reception because no one will help you." I found it quite rude. Secondly, when we arrived at the house, there were no sheets on the bed or towels. We called reception several times, and even then they only brought the sheets around midnight, and we arrived at 5 p.m. Thirdly, for what you pay, the cleaning is poor, a lot of dust, a lot of spider webs, and consequently a lot of spiders. A week and no service provided. I was quite disappointed. Sometimes when demand is high the services become precarious, but cleaning in particular is something you should really pay attention to. There are a lot of activities for kids that you have to pay to do except the pool area."
