"We loved the convenience of being within the park combined with the ability to get away from the crowds. The private niche of Foresta with quaint cabins and solitude was a gem for us. Just down the dirt road from our cabin was a beautiful waterfall that was fun to walk to. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, kitchen well stocked, it is not “fancy” by extremely comfortable."

"My daughter and I stayed there and loved it! We can't wait to return, perhaps this Autumn. It was a joy to experience the beauty of Yosemite and to leave the crowds behind at the end of the day and return to this charming cabin. The peace and quiet there were wonderful. "Super cozy, quaint, affordable, and nostalgic cottage for my adult family of 5 for my bucket list trip to Yosemite. Cottage was clean w/ a really nice partially covered composite deck with a beautiful of the creek and woods. Even had a gas grill and really nice fireplace too. The property management staff was super friendly and accommodating allowing me to use their laundry facility for free. All of this helped to make a really fulfilling & memorable trip for us... thank you!"

"This was a lovely secluded property that allowed us to take our dog for a few days in the mountains. It was only 10 minutes into downtown Mariposa, and an hour to an hour and a half to Yosemite depending on which entrance you take: Arch Entry 1 hour, South/Mariposa Grove 1 1/2. We loved the secludedness. And appreciated the cleanliness, kitchen amenities (including the Mariposa Coffee which is just down the street for visitors), and updated aspects of the property. "This was a great home base for my wife and I during our visit to Yosemite! The cabin is clean and off the road a bit so it’s nice and quiet and dark, just as we wanted. Owner left a snack basket for us which was a nice touch. Only surprise was that the Master BR was on the second floor and the bathroom upstairs didn’t have a bath or shower in it. Not that big of a big deal, but worth noting. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!"

"Location is amazing if planning on spending your time at Don Pedro lake it was only a 10 minute commute. The host was fabulous to work with and responded quickly to all questions. A great perk is a dollar general is just down the road for any of those last minute items you may have forgot. The home provided easy access to park with the boat as well.
