"We arrived late in the evening, around 2330 local time with 3 children under 5 in tow. I had been in contact with the hotel several weeks prior to let them know about my arrival time, and I had been assured that there was no further action needed - I would be sent instructions 24 hours prior and that there was no need for anyone from the hotel staff to be there on arrival. On the day of travel and arrival, I received a message from hotels.com, which I mistakenly thought was from the property....

"This is an extremely comfortable B&B in lovely green surroundings/gardens. Extremely quiet. Comfortable bed and armchair to relax in. It is a large room; actually two rooms each with a queen bed. We were on our own but it could accommodate a couple with an older child or 3 adults. Might be a bit crowded for 4 adults. The bathroom is also large and modern with a great walk in shower. "I was in Amiens for a week and stayed here the whole time. It’s quiet at night and the big windows open up to the street, so you can people watch during the day. It’s a safe area and there are multiple bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Everyone around is friendly, welcome, and helpful- and you (almost) feel like a local! Everything is exactly as pictured, and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re planning on coming to the area. PS- The host is great (and nearby) and...
