"This tiny studio apartment is in a very cool turn of the century apartment building in Montparnasse. It is very small but cozy and almost right across the street frm the Gare Montparnasse. There is a grocery store a couple of doors down and so many sidewalk cafes, theaters, shops, bakeries in the easily walkable neighborhood. "

"Victoria was delightful. Her apartment was so clean, and had many little touches that made our stay very comfortable. When we (stupidly) locked ourselves out of the apartment, she responded immediately and kindly. The space was perfect for two people. When my sister and her friend came, the foldout couch was comfortable and easy to manage, even if we were a bit cramped. The shower was the nicest I have come across in many VRBO experiences. All in all, this was a 5 star experience."

"Check in and out was easy. Our apartment was a 2-3 minute walk to metro, grocery, restaurants. Bakery was across the street. Host was very helpful with allowing us to check in early. Beds were comfortable and bedroom was large. Host helped us with getting cab for 4 a.m. pickup. Neighborhood was fairly quiet considering it is in the city."

"First off, when talking about this property, you need to talk about the location. Hundreds of restaurants, bakeries and shops are all just a few minutes walk. Walking to the Louvre or Notre Dame is about 25 minutes and there is a metro station across the street. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. "We didn’t go to Paris to stay in a B&B all day so it served its purpose as an inexpensive stay for two nights. The property was one of only a couple available and looked perfect from the pictures. The biggest issue I had was upkeep of the property. The bathroom shower had hard water buildup so water was spraying all directions, the towel warmer had a ground issue because it gave a subtle tingle when touched or bumped, and there was some mold in the corners of the bathroom. "This little apartment perfectly suited my needs, considering that I was by myself. It could be a bit tight for a couple, but certainly doable. It was clean and neat, as described, and had all the appliances I needed. There were some supplies (laundry detergent, toilet paper) that I needed and after I called Paul, he was there in 15 minutes. He's very responsive and accommodating. The loft bed requires using the ladder, which was no issue for me, but might pose a problem for an older person...

"We enjoyed our stay in this quiet building. The apartment was lovely, and communication with the manager easy with very detailed & fast responses when needed. For tall people, just be aware that the upper rooms are low-ceilinged. Not a problem for me or spouse at 5 ft and 5.5 ft - but challenging for anyone over 5’9 or so.
