This spacious 1,900 sq. ft. home offers all the comfort and convenience you need for a relaxing getaway. With a spacious living area perfect for unwinding and an inviting outdoor space to enjoy the Arizona sunshine, this house accommodates up to 6 guests with ease. Whether you're here to explore nearby vineyards, have outdoor adventures, or just relax, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay!

The living area is your go-to spot for relaxation, with a cozy sofa and smart TV—perfect for catching up with friends and family or enjoying an epic movie marathon!
★ SHARED FACILITIES ★
We strive to provide all our guests with a seamless and considerate experience.
**FOR LAUNDRY, access is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays during the designated times of 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, allowing flexibility for different schedules.
**FOR THE HOT TUB, access is also available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 4:00 PM onwards.
If you wish to use these facilities on other days, we kindly request that you book in advance. This allows us to coordinate with guests in the other unit, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Since both spaces are shared, we also ask that you knock before entering the doors or gate. Thank you for your understanding!

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.
NOTE:
Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.

To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:
- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you're bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there's an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won't be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
