"Home was really nice and sparkling clean. Very nicely furnished and comfy beds! Very homey! Nice covered patio out back, especially since it rained during most of our visit. Worked great for our stay!"

"The bad stuff: This hotel is a bit older and it shows. Cleanliness was not at a 4 or 5 star level. Our hotel room door would not latch/lock, so we had to request to move to a different room. The next room had a strong smell of marijuana. Other occupants were very noisy in the hallways: shouting and slamming their doors. The good stuff: This location was convenient to the University of Alabama campus. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast and snack options were varied and appreciated....
