"A little isolated where they are located. Nobody told us that we should make reservations for the restaurant. I think they thought we Canadians were from somewhere else... Had to call out the host. Telling me they are all booked up when it was two thirds empty. Food was good Room was spacious, but needed a refresh. Bed was a little too firm for my liking. Convenient shuttle to the port"

"The hotel is very close to the train station, only 3 minutes walk. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, the most incredible was Silvia, who check us in. She’s super friendly, very efficient, and very willing to help."

"This hotel was my favorite in all the places we went in Italy! Rooms were beautiful with big windows! I love that they had a a restaurant at the hotel as well, so it made things very easy. Food and staff were fantastic & very friendly."

"We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel in Ravenna. The front desk staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The evening bar staff was also excellent and provided great service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within easy walking distance of the center square, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again!"

"Incredible grounds and facilities! The staff was wonderful, so warm, helpful and professional!! The breakfast, and restaurants were fantastic. We had an amazing stay for 5 nights. Honestly, I wish we could have had more time there, but our itinerary was already established. Honestly, can’t recommend highly enough!"
