"The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. "We have been visiting Oxford for 3 years now since our daughter has been studying at the University. This place far outshines any of the other VRBO listings that we have rented. Very clean, spacious, plenty of facilities for a family to also host guests and friends to attend graduations, get togethers, sporting events etc. Hosts are excellent and work hard to make you feel comfortable and have an enjoyable stay!"

"Relatively easy to find and 2 parking spaces really handy. Found kitchen items bit sparce no cafetiere tin opener or corkscrew. When we booked dishwasher was in the description but there wasnt one a few things broken and no plug so bath unusable. Automatic air fresher not suitable for anyone with allergies. Bit disappointed for the cost."
