Amazing service. We went for our anniversary and was so happy with everything the hotel had to offer! The check in staff for us were amazing and got us a great dinner reservation and butler service was very sweet.

Our stay at The St. Regis Macao was truly exceptional. The hospitality and attention to detail were beyond our expectations. The staff were incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay. As it was my birthday, they kindly arranged a special surprise at the restaurant, which made the occasion even more memorable. Every little detail was taken care of, such as placing a bookmark in the book I had left open in our room. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, and we could not have asked for a better experience. A very special thank you to David, who was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more memorable. We will definitely stay at The St. Regis Macao again when we return to Macau. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

This is truly an upscale hotel, offering exceptional and unique butler service, beautiful rooms, and highly professional staff. Our stay at the St. Regis in Macau was spectacular. The attention to detail and the awesome staff from the moment we walked in was great. The location is very convenient for shopping or walking around. You can easily get transportation in the front to anywhere in Macau. The breakfast at The Manor had a wide variety of foods to choose from and it was delicious. We would love to return and stay at the St. Regis again.

Returning for a two-night stay, The St. Regis Macao delivered another flawless experience. Spending extra time indoors due to bad weather, we were continually impressed by the staff's blend of high-end professionalism and home-like warmth. Every pre-arrival request - from a cleared mini-bar to an HDMI cable - was seamlessly arranged. On a scorching check-in day, our butler even prepared an ice bucket in advance and accommodated our endless extra ice requests with incredible patience. The hotel is impeccably maintained with great soundproofing (save for the occasional heavy thud from upstairs). In-room dining was top-tier, making our late-night meals a real highlight. Located in Cotai, it offers a tranquil retreat while remaining conveniently connected to The Londoner’s shuttle and casino via the lobby. While priced on the higher end, the world-class butler service makes it worth every cent.
