"Der Check-In Prozess lief über eine andere Person als der Vermieterin. Wir haben nie jemanden persönlich angetroffen. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp funktionierte aber gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, in einer nachgefragten Gegend - was einzig den hohen Preis erklärt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, direkt nebenan aber auch einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft, und vor allem die Stühle sind deutlicher abgenutzt, als die Fotos dies suggerieren. Es gibt nur einen Liegestuhl und der...

"I couldn't find any information about the gate, whether it will be closed at some point or not. I was a little worried because I had to leave the airport very early. So I didn't know if I could just leave the facility. Information about this in the documents would be nice."

"The villa was exactly as they said it would be. We had a marvellous family week in Burgas. The Villa is a short walk from the centre of the small village where there a number of fantastic restaurants and of course the beach. Having our own pool to dip into was just perfect and we will definitely return. Communication from the owners was excellent which took all the stress out of the whole process.
