He met us when we arrived and provided a thorough overview of the home along with providing an electronic document full of information. "This is a good property close to a lovely Atlantic beach that is good for surfing and body boarding. The property is secluded and there is a lovely pool that you share with one other property. The kitchen is sufficient for self catering and there is a supermarket close by. The location is good for exploring North Portugal, including the Lima Valley and the Miho boarder towns. "The house suited our group of 4 couples very well. We appreciated having our own bathrooms. We loved picking oranges and lemons in the backyard. (Middle April) Picking oranges took some climbing, however. Also, be prepared to climb stairs in the house. Artur the host was very quick to respond to any Communication I had with him."

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The concierge service was the best I’ve ever had in all of my travels. The hotel was in a construction zone, but somehow they made it feel like an oasis. The dining room is beautiful but excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. "
