The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. On check out, they even dropped our bags to us whilst we explored the Bellagio area which was above and beyond. Genuinely a wonderful experience and would 100% visit again in the future."
