"Very nice and welcoming hosts. Very cute fully equipped, and nicely furnished lower floor of the property. Could use a bit more natural light. Nice garden, with an outdoor eating area. No ocean views from the house, but calm and quiet and very relaxing. Easy access to a beautiful beach by walking down stairs in 10 to 15 minutes. Very convenient. We had a very nice time!"
Easy Stay Costa Rei: A Nest by the Sea

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our decision to be the first guests in this beautiful cottage. Claudietta & Yetkin were exceptional hosts — incredibly communicative, responsive, clear, proactive, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made everything easy from start to finish, including sending us a helpful check-in video and very clear instructions before arrival. The cottage itself was thoughtfully prepared, with helpful signs throughout for trash, recycling, and other important information.The house description and photos are completely accurate, and the cottage was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting. The view, however, is even more stunning in person than it appears in the photos! The entire setting was incredibly peaceful and serene, and we loved being just a short walk from the beach and a beach club.One thing to be aware of: there are approximately 30–40 steps from the parking area down to the cottage, so keep that in mind when packing and handling luggage. The parking spot is also at the top of a fairly steep hill directly off the road. We found it helpful to have one person keep an eye out for approaching cars in both directions when leaving the property.Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The beautiful cottage, breathtaking views, peaceful setting, and exceptionally thoughtful hosts made for a truly memorable experience. We would happily stay here again!"

"Logement totalement conforme à la description, confortable et très bien équipé (four, four micro-onde, grille pain, machineS à café, casseroles et poêles, sèche cheveux, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, ...) et climatisé.Il est situé à 10mn à pied (vitesse de marche "sandales", pas "baskets"), des restaurants, des commerces et de la plage, avec possibilité de rentrer la voiture sur le terrain (clos, arboré, engazonné et disposant d'un arrosage automatique ... qui vous rafraîchit à minuit pile... si vous aimez "trainer" un peu le soir ;-)) ) et une douche extérieure bien pratique pour se rincer et se rafraîchir en rentrant de la plage ou de visites.La rue est calme, relativement peu passante et il n'y a quasiment pas de vis à vis avec le voisinage, excepté la rue (au niveau des accès) malgré la présence d'arbres et d'une clôture haie.Diverses animations animent la piazza COLOMBO durant la semaine (soirées dansantes, Mexicaine, artisans locaux et petit marché).Pour les plongeurs, Villasimius est à 30mn de voiture, on y trouve, outre les centres de plongée, des supermarchés, un marché et nombre de boutiques diverses et variées. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la climatisation, très bien gérés par Karin, que je remercie encore de son intervention constante et efficace (la climatisation a été totalement remplacée 5 jours après notre arrivée) et un ventilateur, permettant de mieux diffuser l'air frais dans la grande chambre a même été ajouté.Je recommande."

"Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza davvero bellissima. La casa è in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, immersa nella pace e nel silenzio, perfetta per rilassarsi e staccare dalla routine.Francesco è stato un host estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità.Consigliamo questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del mare, della tranquillità e del relax. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!"

"William war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben. Der private Garten mit der Aussendusche war der Hit. Ein Blumenstrauß stand bei unserer Anreise auf dem Tisch. Die Innendusche für sardische Verhältnisse riesig. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. William wir haben uns in Deinem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es auch wieder mieten wollen."

"Rundum Sorglospaket. Perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Top Restaurants und was man sonst noch so braucht in Laufweite. Super freundliche und jederzeit hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Haus mit sehr umfangreicher Ausstattung."
