"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

We had good weather end Sept. beginning of October however the pool was to cold to use and there was no maintenance, sure it would be great in summer months. "Our hosts, Filomena and Domenico, were amazingly attentive and responsive the entire time and made us feel like family. They are wonderful people, and their little truly makes you feel like you're living in a castle. I'm not the type to write reviews, but I adored these people and their beautiful property. Additionally, it's a perfect location because it's a half-hour drive to either the Adriatic or Mediterranean and a perfect, peaceful respite in the country after a busy day."

"The property was fantastic. Giorgio the host was excellent and was always available for you whether in person or phone. The property is gated so very private and close to all the towns around it and a 20 minute ride to the beach. Would recommend this villa very highly."

"We found the property to be very attractive and in a good location. The beds were very comfortable with nice linen. The bathrooms were great, powerful showers and a huge stone bath. We enjoyed the outside seating areas. We did however have a few issues. A few months after booking Fabrizio contacted me to say the rate he had charged us was too cheap and we needed to pay more.
