First time when we visited Tenuta Mazzetta we were taken by the tranquility of this place - amazing pool, beautiful gardens, very friendly and welcoming staff and this rustic farmy feel. This year we were positively surprised how much care the staff puts in to this place. "Hotel was great, extremely clean and tidy. Good location for beaches and a few restaurants. We stayed in a penthouse room, which was spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was included on our booking and was lovely too. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and more facilities. There doesn’t appear to be any bus service in the area so you may wish to consider either a hire car or taxi if you wanted to see outside of this resort area."

"We arrived a little later than planned due to a 2 hour flight delay but were greeted enthusiastically by the owner’s mother who spoke no English. We muddled through the walk through of this amazingly beautiful trulli but later the owner and her daughter came and explained a little more in English. The trulli is picture postcard beautiful both inside and out. I like to cook so found the kitchen a little lacking. I did however learn to use a Bialetti caffitiera and cook porridge on the stove...
