"Right on the beach in a quiet little fishing village. Clean and comfortable. Run by the owner, Lisa, you will be made to feel welcome immediately. Most of the locals like Lisa, so telling people youre staying at her hotel gets you access to the other beach clubs and a little special treatment! We had a hard time finding airport transportation from Tulum, but call Lisa and she will help you out. "

A bit too much seaweed but that’s seasonal - and the neighbors don’t clean their beaches so they had lots of garbage on the sand but the lot for this house was garbage free! The downstairs shower works the best. Lovely quiet place. No tourists❤️ I would absolutely stay again!!! 20 min drive to town. Perfect place for me! "
