"Matteo was an excellent host. Super friendly and helpful. We went to Bergamo for a small little hiking holiday. Matteo suggested some routes and also some sightseeing opportunities in the area. At first we didn't select the dinner option, but after arriving late, we figured let's do the first night....and then we had dinner every night! "This hotel is very beautiful inside! The overstuffed sofas in the lobby area are so inviting and comfortable. The receptionist that welcomed us was a very distinguished gentleman who answered all our questions and was friendly. Our room was full of color and welcoming. The bathroom is very clean and spotless. In the morning I took pictures of our place throughout the inside. The shade in the bedroom didn’t work and thus made it difficult to open the window, but I was able to make it work. ( there is no A/C). The best part of our overnight stay was the free breakfast. Everything was delicious and perfect in every way (the hotels in the USA could learn something). Hot dishes were hot. Delicious coffee!! Everything was fresh and tasty. The variety of foods was astounding!! Bless the two ladies that kept the food coming and the eating area clean. "
