"With the exception of the ‘towel and sun bed’ policing by the staff who have clearly been told hotel policy is not to allow guests to keep the beds for longer than half an hour if they’re not on them, then declining the ‘reserved bed, back soon’ if the guest wishes to eat lunch anywhere but the hotel, this is a splendid place. Shame about sun bed thing. It really spoils what is otherwise a very relaxed and pleasant experience."

"Fantastic location. Good spacious, clean apartment. Downside.. the TV and WiFi were not working properly. One of the lights in the kitchen was out. No one around to ask and we didn't want to call the 24 hour emergency number for these issues. "

"The best part of this hotel is the location -it’s in the central part of Malaga and not far from the boardwalk. Close to everything. Felt very safe walking around the surrounding areas. The hotel room bathroom was a weird setup where the entrance to the shower was right beside the toilet. The only way to access the shower was to squeeze into the 1foot clearing between the shower and the toilet. Very awkward. The best hotel on the edge of Fuengirola.
"IPV Hotel and Spa excellently located hotel on the outskirts of Fuengirola. All staff friendly and courteous, waiting staff worked long hours throughout day and evening, it did feel at times there needed to be more staff on duty especially at the Lobby bar in the evenings. Breakfasts very good with plenty of choice, we chose to eat mainly in the tapas bar of an evening as we enjoyed smaller plate style food. Juliana was always about and stood out for us as friendly and efficient. Only things that need updating/replacing are the sun loungers not great at all in such lovely surroundings. Rooms clean and tidy with comfortable beds and great views."
