"Un día se fue la luz y si bien el hotel tiene planta eléctrica, no tenía aire acondicionado en el restaurante ni bar, lo cual para un hotel de 5 estrellas no puede ser excusa que se vaya la luz y quedarse sin aire acondicionado"

"I kept communication by WhatsApp with the staff about my arrival time and they pick me up just in time at the terminal. The staff was very helpful, the room was nice and clean. They have a very giid location with restaurants close by and just 15 minutes from the airport. The ride back to the airport was on time too and very pleasant."

No problem getting to the hotel from the airport - easy and convenient. close to the mall which was excellent for shopping. The grounds and pool area were ideal for just relaxing. No refrigerator or microwave in the room, however that wasn't a big deal."
