However, the check-in time was not properly honored, and no compensation or measure was offered in response. That part was disappointing and made our family quite upset. Still, the beauty and comfort of the hotel quickly helped us move past those feelings. We hope the hotel management recognizes that there are a few areas that need improvement in order to leave visitors with the best possible experience"

The gym and spa facilities were lovely, and everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. Highly recommend!"
