"Had an amazing stay at Sergio’s house. It is a beautiful property with everything you could ever need. Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. "We chose this for the view, which was good, but we expected the villa to be at least half decent, and it wasn't. Firstly, it's not a villa, it's a glorified pool house. Tiny, not even basic essentials in the kitchen, the kind of towels you would expect at a youth hostel in a war zone. They must have been about 15 years old. I've used sandpaper that was smoother. Wifi didn't work, the lighting/electricity keeps flickering on and off, no wood supplied for fire, no coal for the BBQ, noisy boiler....

Our host met us at the house and Showed us around, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. We were left a lovely parcel of goodies when we arrived which was welcomed after our travel. The place was absolutely spotless. So clean! The home was so well looked after. "The villa is incredible - the setting is beautiful, it is on a large plot of land you can walk through, and all of the kitchens and rooms are very well equipped, especially for a big group. The owners were also lovely and very helpful whenever we had questions or something broke. The only slight challenge was the aircon is not very powerful."
