"A little dated but well maintained. Location directly across from very large shopping/dining complex was great. I purchased the breakfast option when making the reservation, would not do that again. Limited options. Eggs were, my opinion, under cooked and less than hot. Bread and fruit options, very limited main dish options (scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with chorizo, no bacon, no sausage (except chorizo), rice, a couple of fried items (like small empanadas), small & cold pancakes some days, cold french toast other days. Coffee was good and the staff did a good job of checking to see when I wanted more."

"The Staff Wonderful, very helpful from the front desk day and night also the concierge, restaurant staff was great also the staff helping that was very helpful booking the excursion hats off to them 2 lovely ladies that was handling that and giving us information on were to go to nightlife i highly Suggest Staying here at OZ Collection Hotel very Safe area and convenient to the stores restaurant in walking distance 1 block from the Beach i will return soon to explore more or Cartagena and other surrounding cities please book a tour and ATV Ride money exchange bank and local Bank are in walking distance"
