"We are extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception, who were always kind and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and there was a great variety to choose from. The snack bar also offered an excellent selection throughout the day. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful beach with direct access from the resort, which was a huge advantage. Our room was modern, spacious, and spotless, just like the entire resort. Everything was kept exceptionally clean. We would especially like to thank the staff for their outstanding care and kindness. We were travelling with insulin and needed to freeze the cooling packs for our travel container. After asking if this would be possible, they went above and beyond by bringing a refrigerator with a freezer compartment directly to our room. This thoughtful gesture made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. This hotel is perfect for families with children. There are plenty of activities, including a foam party in the children's pool, a large inflatable obstacle course in the pool, daily entertainment, mini golf, a padel court, a beach volleyball court, a football pitch, outdoor barbecue events, and many other attractions. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday."

"Had a really good time at this hotel, I was able to relax for the few days I was there. I would recommend you book a coach to get to the hotel from the airport as it is a fair distance away (approx 1 hr). The staff were great ans friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was great! They had a good variety. The pool side was nice but was full all the time... People hog the sun lounges for the day so it can be quite annoying when all you see are towels on them but no one there. The views from the hotel were really nice. Overall, I would go there there again!"

"Amazing apartment, great view, really quiet, nice staff. Taxi between hotel and airport costs around 80-100 EUR. Supermarket is a 15/20 minute walk. Nice, quiet beach and nice beach bar less than a 10 minute walk. Keep in mind: Spa only opens 4h/day, for individual use of 2h. Can only be booked on arrival (no booking in advance). This means only two people/rooms can book for any given day for a 2h block. 99% chance it'll be already fully booked for the majority of your stay once you arrive. The hotel across the road has spa treatments, but sadly no day access to spa. There's no pool side bar. Bar only opens when restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner."
