Fiquei um pouco insegura de receber as instruções de acesso ao spto somente na tarde do dia anterior pois tinha acesso restrito a internet. Mas qdo recebi a pessoa mandou vídeos e audios explicando tudo de forma muito detalhada. Deu tudo certo. "

"We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? "We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "
