"Like the previous reviewers, we understood we were booking a villa in central Barcelona, so were happy to pay the elevated price. When we arrived at the airport to find our destination was a 40-minute train ride outside the city, we had to rent a car for five, which took a couple of hours; initially I thought I must have misread the listing, so didn’t say anything, but it’s clear from the previous review that there was an error in the listing at the time of booking. "Palm Garden villa was an ideal place to stay for a large family group. The house was spacious, comfortable and provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Lots of seating and dining areas inside/outside and a lovely garden with a pool. Several nice beaches were within easy walking distance and Sitges provided a wide choice of restaurants and good shops, making it unnecessary to hire a car. Neighbors were never complaining despite us listening to music in the evening as well as chatting and playing board games on the terrace. You can hear everything that happens within and outside the house within every room. Nearby street is sometime noisy but did not bother us. "Very impressive Villa at the top of Sitges. Amazing view of the town. Communication with hosts was very good, Villa had everything we needed and was immaculately cleaned before our arrival. Check in and out was seamless."

The holiday voucher said to call when an hour away, Margarita contacted me two hours prior to give instructions. There was also a couple of issues at the villa, the lock became faulty and we were locked out, also the boiler stopped working. Margarita was super fast in replying to me."
