Private: property 5'000 m2, terraced garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 70 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Table tennis, volleyball court, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 500 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in La Rovere. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber die Landschaft ist traumhaft schön und das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Und: Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Prima huis, geweldige plek, prachtige o

Vakantiehuis La Rovere in Cossano Belbo is uitstekend bevallen. Het intichting van huis is wat gedateerd maar functioneert prima. Eigenaar F. en zijn echtgenote zijn aller hartelijkst en zijn goed bereikbaar bij eventuele vragen. Ze wonen een paar minuten verderop.  De plek is geweldig, zwembad, volleybalveld, tafeltennis en een prima zitje onder de druivenranken.  De weg van en naar het vakantiehuis is een stevige klom en wat kuilen en gaten. Rustig rijden is het advies. Omgeving is top

erholsame Tage

Sehr erholsame Tage im Piemont. Das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen, dadurch hat man seine Ruhr und kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Die Strasse ist bei der ersten Anfahrt abenteuerlich, aber stellt kein Problem dar. Gut wäre es, wenn die Messer schärfer wären oder es eine Möglichkeit zum schleifen der Messer gibt. Die Raumaufteilung ist okay, jeder hatte seinen Raum, auch wenn es teilweise Durchgangsräume waren. Die Außenanlage war gepflegt und sauber, der Pool ebenfalls.

Ferienhaus mit sehr schöner Lage

Ein idyllisch am Berg gelegenes Haus. Das Haus und auch das Gelände sind sehr weitläufig und gut gepflegt! Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig vom Vermieter gereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal und authentisch. Es gibt am Pool und auch im Garten genügend Liegen zum relaxen. Der letzte Straßenabschnitt stellte sich als Herausforderung und abenteuerlich dar. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Het huis en het zwembad zijn nog mooier dan de foto's laten zien. De smalle en hobbelige weg er naar toe is even opletten, maar je wordt rijkelijk beloond

Très belle semaine à la Rovere

Nous étions un groupe de 10 motards retraités et avons passé une très belle semaine à la Rovere. La maison est spacieuse, très au calme et la piscine avec ces températures caniculaires a été particulièrement appréciée. De npart l'altitude (500m) nous avons également bénéficié d'une température un peu moins élevée. Le propriétaire est charmant, très à l'écoute et le seul point un peu défavorable est le chemin d'accès qui n'est pas très aisée pour des motos lourdes

Huset är i gott skick och poolen välskött. Att sitta under pergolan och äta tillsammmans var ljuvligt. Värden F. är mycket mån om sina gäster.

Superbe adresse endroit

Très bel endroit. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est très belle. Il y a une grande table dans le jardin, sous une pergola, où on peut manager avec la vue sur les collines. On est au calme dans la nature. La piscine est en contrebas est très chouette (elle est un peu plus petite que l impression donnée par les photos). Les enfants y étaient constamment. La grande maison peut être divisée en 2 locations mais nous avions réservé les 2 parties avec des amis, donc nous avions l ensemble pour nous. Nous étions 14 et il y avait encore une chambre avec un grand lit non utilisée et un lit simple. On peut être à 17 sans problème. Le propriétaire est très gentil. Nous lui avons demandé des couteaux supplémentaires qu il est allé en acheter. Le règlement avec la caution et l electricite s est passé sans probleme, de manière très reglo. En résumé nous sommes très content et on recommande cet endroit, surtout si vous réservez les 2 parties.

Magnifique situation, exterieur et vue superbes

Le gîte en lui-même et l'exterieur du gîte etaient splendides...très belle situation, magnifique vue. Il manquait juste un peu de vaisselle (verres, assiettes, couverts, mixer) pour que ce soit parfait, ainsi que de lumiere à l'exterieur (au niveau de la table de jardin) pour profiter de la fraicheur de la soirée à l'extérieur. Dans l'ensemble, c'etait super.

Zum Kochen müssen Gewürze und etwas Werkzeug aus der eigenen Küche mitgebracht werden. Reisetipps: Es gibt jede Menge Regionales einzukaufen. Kühlbox im Auto ist für den Transport auf dem Heimweg von Vorteil.
