"Estrella del Norte was just that. An amazing stay, the villa was in great condition. Nina was beyond fantastic with her service and her cooking. She went above and beyond for everything. We would def stay here again. I do suggest that if you go in the wetter or colder month to have a 4x4 vehicle as the roads are not the best and the location of the house has a few steep slopes. If traveling in a large group it’s best to have 2 vehicles since the weight also impacts the drive up hill. As for the...

"Home was beautiful but they charged for a small towel and cup. Make sure to count everything which is very tedious to do. Also one of the bedrooms has mold and they didn’t do anything about it and we couldn’t use it. Additionally the mosquitoes were everywhere- bring lots of repellent "

"The house is huge, there were 16 of us and it was plenty big for everyone to have their own space. The staff was so kind. Although they spoke very little English, they were really helpful, and Joseph (property owner) was available and checked in by phone frequently. The pool and the balconies are incredible, and we spent hours looking out at the view and playing games poolside.
