"Staff great"

"A very nice comfortable high-end hotel. It is opposite a beautiful park and there are plenty of little restaurants nearby. I was worried that I would be in a corporate hub which would be quiet at the weekend but there was plenty of life and places nearby. Super comfy beds with beautifu. The staff were all amazing. Friendly & helpful. Made you feel very welcome. You could feel quite at home in this hotel even though it is large and smartly corporate - it had a relaxed warm vibe .. would highly...

"We stayed at The Kimpton Sawyer to celebrate our wedding night, and it was an absolute dream from start to finish!  The room was stunning, modern, and featured a wonderful balcony with gorgeous views of the city. What truly made the night special was the incredible hospitality. The team went above and beyond, leaving us a welcome note, a celebratory bottle of champagne in an ice bucket, sparkling water, and a delicious little cake. A massive, special shout-out to Haley B. for helping us...

"The rooms on my floor were getting cleaned very late and a lot of noise from doors slamming. The noise from the street in the night was also bad. My son and I both left early with one night left on our rooms for the sake of sleep"

"Brook was so welcoming and her recommendation for dinner delicious. We only stayed one night, but we appreciated the updated facilities. We left for the airport at 4 am and the desk manager offered fresh coffee. The shuttle was timely and got us to the airport quickly."

"The parking is a hassle. It’s difficult to access and too narrow to navigate. It’s also not affiliated with the hotel so you have to pay separately. There is no sign for the hotel facing the street and after three times circling for the address I had to have a friend stand in the street for me to find it. The hotel was amazing and beautiful."

"Perfect spot"

"Location is great--walkable to everywhere, but the down side is that it is in a very noisy area. Just something you have to accept in a "big" city. They seemed a bit under-staffed. There was no one to help with our bags and the desk clerk seemed overwhelmed. The restaurant was very nice (and expensive), but after the first day we ended up walking to Starbucks instead."

"Everything was new and room was great. Staff awesome too. Only drawback for me was I arrive late as solo traveler and half the hotel is located across the street. There is keycard access to the elevator but the building I was in seemed very open to the street. I still got a good night’s sleep. Easy walk to downtown and the Capitol area"

"The parking is ridiculous! They charged $60 for valet. If you dont want valet then you have to use the public parking down the street that doesn't allow in and out privileges. We had to youtube how to get the shower to work. There was a toe nail in the shower and overall way overpriced for the traffic noise, lack of amenities, and ridiculous parking situation. The restaurant attached served under cooked pasta that stuck in my teeth and burnt bread on my husband's sandwich. Book elsewhere!"

"Worst hotel, terrible fridge was a mess people before me left food and their refrigerator and I’m not talking about sealed it was a greasy container some leftover chicken food once you opened the fridge the whole room smelled. The cleaning staff did not clean the room well . I would not recommend this hotel than anyone , I had forgotten some belongings in the room, which I called the hotel to look into their Lost and Found just to find out nothing was there either the cleaning staff took it for...

"Wonderful place to stay! Very clean, reasonably priced, and the parking was right in front of the building. The room was comfortable and the simple continental breakfast was a great way to ease into the day. I would definitely stay here again."
