"Best place to stay. Great breakfast and hotel was very convenient. Love it"

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good and I appreciated that we had the option to do a lighter buffet instead of the full meat, beans, eggs etc . The hostess Nokothula was very helpful and attentive. The proximity to Montecasino was very convenient and was safe to walk to. I would certainly go back."

"All excellent, no complaints! Great hotel and staff always pleasant and available to help; comfortable beds; very good food; nice outdoor view of golf course from rooms and casual restaurant outdoors. Only issue, update the irons for clothing."

"The staff are wonderful here. The grounds are well maintained and quite beautiful. The jacarandas were in bloom as well. I was travelling in Johannesburg on my own and had excursions booked throughout my short stay, but when one failed to turn up, the lady on the travel desk was quickly able to book something else for me for the same day. The food on site was amazing beware the huge portions from the courtyard menu. Great breakfast buffet too. This hotel has great facilities available but...

"Fantastic property with very friendly staff and super amenities. The breakfast in the morning was also great, really enjoyed my stay."

"Noisy and poorly kept. New management recently took over…perhaps it gets better in time."

"I'll share my experience from Oct 12 to Oct 17. First day, I checked in around 9am. It was too early but they kindly let me check in & gave me a room & I went to the room 420. My situation at that time was after over 20hours flight so I went to a restroom & opened an urinal. I literally got shocked because of witnessing a disastrous no2 sight. It was absolutely traumatic experience I never forget for the rest of my life. Then gave me another room 410 (no upgrade). As for the damage...

"This place is great. If you have a problem with Bolt not coming to the door, get in contact with them on the app or just use Uber. The rooms are spacious and clean. This was our second time staying at this property. The breakfast buffet is consistent and delicious. It has meat, eggs, potatoes, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, and water."

"Fantastic stay , comfortable beds and pillows , great rooms and friendly professional staff Only minor complaint was the electricity going off and no apology or explanation as to why this occurred"

"The staff were welcoming and approachable. When a room change became necessary, they were understanding and prompt in helping. The General Manager was open and easy to talk with. Although the carpets were somewhat dated, the hotel remained clean. The bathrooms are big and nice. The shops are a walking distance away. We had a lovely stay."
