"A highly convenient hotel for our one night stay before taking high speed train to Northern Spain. The main rail station is undergoing extensive renovations but the hotel is operating as usual. We ate at the restaurant with both menu of the day or normal menu available. Service was quick and food was nice too. Breakfast served in same area the next day and plenty of food choice to cater for differing tastes. Hotel room was comfortable and clean."

"We were initially given a small room with poor quality mattresses. We complained to the staff at reception and the gentleman (do not have a name) working the front desk on the morning of June 4 was very receptive and helpful. He listened to us and offered to bring up new mattresses or move us to another room. We moved, and the new room was fabulous with comfortable beds. We appreciated his assistance and excellent customer service."

"This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! The room was spotless, from the floors to the towels. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, and every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is located in a wonderful area near the palace and right next to a beautiful square. I have absolutely no complaints and would 100% recommend it to anyone staying in Madrid."
