"This is a fabulous hotel, great location with some rooms having views of the track. The hotel bar is nice with a good selection of drinks. Restaurant has a great menu and the food is lovely!"

"Great stay at The Quays. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Always made the effort to speak to you as you pass reception. As a guest of the hotel, we had discount in the restaurant which was a bonus also. Rooms were tidy, clean and spacious. And had good facilities such as iron, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo and kettle. Only thing was, you couldnt control the AC in the room, it was centralised."

"Room was great place was spotless ,staff were top notch , think there was a kitchen staff shortage at breakfast sitting ,ran out of bacon for a good 10 minutes, didn’t effect me but the other patrons looked a bit annoyed. . Otherwise a great place to stay "

"The Swan Hotel in Bedford was beautiful the bedroom and bathroom was very clean, there was tea & coffee in the rooms, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom provided. The Spa was amazing with all different well-being jets in the pool and the steam and Finish rooms were great. I really recommend you try the Spa at this lovely hotel and the amazing Anna's afternoon tea in all 10/10👍"
