"So this review may be a little strange but I think it is going to be valuable for future individuals looking for a place. I put 5 stars for everything because I want to make sure this is seen however we didn’t actually end up staying here as we had planned. Due to a comedy of errors and issues, through no fault of the host or our own we ended up not staying at this property. We did see it and everything matched the description very well as far as the description of the property, location, etc. I won’t share the private details here because well, they’re private lol but what I want to highlight was the owners professionalism and courtesy during the process. It was easy to reach out to him, he was extremely accommodating and helpful and due to the circumstances was able to help us find alternative options. He responded promptly and addressed questions in real time.I say this because I think the customer service aspect of VEBO is often under recognized and I want prospective renters to know they are in safe, respectful hands of someone who is dedicated to making things right over the almighty dollar. We were sad plans had to change but thankful to the host For his professionalism. when we come back to the area we will book with him first solely because of this. "

"This little cabin was the perfect couple's getaway! The hot tub was so relaxing. Everything was clean, and the check-in process was a breeze. The host provided ample instructions, and we felt very prepared when we arrived at the cabin. I read the reviews and the host's listing, so I was aware of the entry steps, the longer drive to get into "civilization," and the lack of provided supplies. Because I did research, these things were not issues to me. You'll find that the only "negative" reviews about this place are really just people not being prepared. If you make necessary arrangements, then you'll find that this cabin stay is everything you need. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom and on opposite sides of house. The gameroom was a nice bonus area to relax after a day of exploring the smokies. Property management was quick to respond when we lost power. We will definitely be back. "

"Completely as described. They were definitely correct about the drive up, if you haven’t been there before get there during daylight hours and have an AWD vehicle. The cabin was spacious, clean, and the view from the bedroom window of the sunrise; you can’t beat that (you don’t even have to leave your bed to see it lol). The hot tub was definitely an added bonus after hiking. Secluded and peaceful! Will definitely be visiting again"
