Other things to note
OTHER INFO:

➢ If the trashcan outside overflows during your stay you can take the trash to the community trash area which is 3min drive. (garbage site next to 3887 Cosby Hwy, Cosby, TN 37722)

➢ Pets are welcome! There is a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Clean up after your pet prior to departure.

➢ The loft upstairs used to be an open area however we added a soundproof board on it so that it would not be too bright in the morning and a white noise machine as well. You can close the curtain when sleeping for a better rest.

➢There will be mayflies in the backyard in summer because it is close to the creek and cannot be controlled. Given it's in the mountains, you may encounter small insects such as spiders and flies. While we regularly clean and implement pest control measures, occasional sightings are possible, especially during the peak spider season from October to November.

➢ Just letting you know that there is paint on the dryer due to paint stain that couldn't be wiped off but it wasn't a dirt.

➢ Please don’t touch the ADT security control panel.

➢ The cabin is located at a rough road. The mountain roads are dark and challenging to drive on. Luckily we are at the base of the mountains, it is more convenient than the cabins way up to the mountains.

➢ There is a dollar opposite the cabin. General Shopping is very convenient

➢ Cable is available however streaming accounts isn't available. Guest must use their account such as Netflix etc.

➢ Driveway can park up to 3 vehicles. Please don't park in the street.

➢ Guest must provide their own firewood for firepit and charcoal for charcoal grill.

➢ Indoor fireplace is decorative only. Please do not use.

➢ Due to allergen concerns, we do not provide coffee, cream, sugar, salt, oil and pepper. Guest must. bring their own if needed.
