"Jason and Laurie have a clean, bright home that’s perfect for families. The kitchen has all the tools you need to cook a full meal. Everything was very clean. It was nice to walk down to the lake and say hello to the chickens. Some of the neighboring properties do look like junk yards as other reviewers have noted, but you don’t see that from the house. It’s a great spot for visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Telluride. Good spot for birders too with the lake. Jason was very responsive to any questions we had. The welcome basket of goodies was a nice touch. Tip: outside chairs are folded up in the little game room past the laundry machines. We found them our last day there. Would stay here again! "

"This is a very quaint, private area. The staff are great communicators and quick to respond to questions and needs. There are "back doors" to the rooms that lead to quiet, private little patios, where you can sit and enjoy the weather. We will stay here again."

"Quiet and at the end of the drive. Nothing missing, everything we needed. Take a bag of mini carrots and wander around visiting the horses, cow, donkeys, goats and chickens. Great place!"

"Very affordable and room was comfortable and had a small refrigerator and microwave I was able to do some work and visit with family. Place looks like it's undergoing some construction. Overall good stay. "

" Very comfortable, super clean home. Coffee in the morning was lovely. We loved the bottle of wine left for us but left it for the next guest as we do not drink wine. The house was well stocked with everything and lovely decor. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere the most and Charlie the yellow lab. What a great dog, he likes to play catch with his tennis ball. Thank you for providing such a comfortable home. We would definitely come back."
