"El apartamento genial, ubicación, limpieza, amabilidad de la dueña."

"Small house, relatively in line with the advertisement. We were 5 people, a bit short on dishes, no space to put our belongings in the rooms (chairs would be welcome), the bathroom and shower room are really too small with a shower that is impossible to use without flooding the shower room... The cupboards smell musty and damp. There is no Wifi and the internet speed is very low... (Difficult to communicate with the real estate agency, especially, and to prepare our visits online) The price is...

"A quiet, very comfortable house - 5 minutes from beaches and the city center. Has everything you could need and the owners are beyond helpful."

"exactamente lo que buscabamos. La casa es muy grande (nosotros fuimos 13 adultos).Un jardin espacioso donde cenar al aire libre estupendo. A 10 minutos de la playa. Genial en todos los aspectos."

"La casa es increible, comodísima, totalmente equipada, el jardín es enorme y las vistas expectaculares y la ubicación perfecta cerca de playas, restaurantes y de Santander. Los propietarios son encantadores, siempre atentos a todo lo que necesites. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas. Repetiremos seguro."

"La casa esta fantastica, bien equipada y lo pasamos genial, una pena el tiempo. Temas a mejorar: Pedimos 2 cunas, pero la segunda cuna era mas un parque infantil que cuna (el niño no dormia ahi). Otro tema a mejorar es que en la habitacion de la cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales, hay una gotera pegada a la pared de la cama que da al pasillo (tambien tuvimos que moverla). Por ultimo diria que el tema de la calefaccion, aunque nos habian avisado, no es muy comun y es un poco incomodo...

La anfitriona conoce la zona perfectamente y proporcionó toda clase de lindicaciones sobre excursiones y actividades que podrían interesar a nuestro grupo familiar. Además ofreció varios productos gastronómicos de su pueblo o de su huerta. Llevamos casi diez años alquilando casas en distintos puntos de España y del extranjero para disfrutar una semana de vacaciones con la familia alcompleto y esta ha sido una de nuestras mejores...

"Ha sido una estancia fantástica. La casa es amplia y agradable, perfecta para un grupo grande. El jardín, un espacio genial para hacer comidas, barbacoas y estar correteando los niños. Diego, el propietario, ha estado atento y resuelto cualquier problema que hayamos tenido. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver. Muchas gracias!"

"We had a terrific week in Gonzalo & Ana's villa. It had everything we needed, plus a excellent pool in the garden. Gonzalo & Ana were very welcoming when they met us and the property was very clean and well equipped. It's a great base for exploring the Northern coast of Spain. We went to Bilbao, Burgos and Haro during our visit, each providing a different experience of Northern Spain and its culture. Thank you so much Gonzalo & Ana. "

"The stay was made so much more enjoyable by the enthusiasm for and advice given by Consuelo, the property owner, about Cantabria. A great base for exploring the area, with the added bonus of home grown fruit and vegetables! A lovely holiday."
