"Such a hidden gem! We wish we could stay longer and will definitely do so the next time. The hotel is up in the mountain, 10 min away from the Manarola bus stop, perfect location for a quiet and relaxing retreat, The bus runs every hour and is 2.50 Euro if you don't have Cinque Terre pass. Antonella was very kind, hard working, and amazing host who took care of everything we need. The hotel is meticulously maintained and breakfast was freshly made and so delicious. If you are wine lover...

"Cannot say enough positive things about this stay over. The village was beautiful. The room was fantastic. And the view off the balcony: BREATHTAKING! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and neighboring villages. Its absolutely right out of a movie. You just have to experience it for yourself. Words don't do it justice. Thank you for everything!!!"

The towel warmer only works in winter when the heating system is on. It would be better to have an electric one that works with a button. Minibar is very expensive. Almost insultingly expensive. I had a bottle of prosecco (250ml) of medium low quality and it was €35! Outrageous. Spa: excellent spa. Did not use the massage, did not use...
