Apartments in Corum Province

"Upon arrival we were told that the rooms we booked are different and can't fit our whole group of 10 people. However, we were given another 2 apartments on the building nearby for us to sleep in. The apartments were terrible - as if someone has just left the half renovated flat. Dirt everywhere, old sheets, no towels or anything really that's specified in the "apartment" description (i.e. no slippers, toiletries, washing machine, cookware, kettle and don't even think about wifi or TV...).
