"We made a last minute booking to this hotel very late at night and they were able to not just give us a room with separate beds but an upgrade to the one we had booked! Thank you very much! Very spacious, comfortable beds and friendly staff! Areas of improvements would be the AC and attaching a separate shower head in the bathrooms. My friend mentioned there were issues with the AC and I would have personally appreciated a separate shower head attachment and not solely a fixed overhead shower. There was a slight miscommunication with breakfast timings, we were told breakfast would end at 10:30 (and is also what is stated on the Expedia page) however when we popped down at 10:10, they had already packed up and were told by the catering staff that breakfast ends at 10:00. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating and brought out a few bits and bobs for us to eat. Overall, had a great stay! "

"The staff were really friendly, we received an free upgrade, the room was bigger and the view was lovely! Breakfast was good! We noticed tour groups stayed there so be wary when going for breakfast! Internet was good and we were able to leave our luggage there! "

"A home away from home with a great location in the heart of Cortina, a delicious breakfast with a great selection of teas, and the most amazing staff who welcome you and make you feel at home. They are very knowledgeable and recommended some fantastic restaurants and a wonderful ski school. I love our traditional-style room with its antique furniture and Georgian-style curtains—it adds so much character to this place. The personal touch of Venessa’s service, along with her big, warm smile each morning, made our stay even more special. For sure, we will be back!"
