If your looking for cheap, clean and convenient this is your place! But coffee was cold and just dry cereal for breakfast, but the air conditioner worked and Direct TV was on!

Staff were very friendly on arrival. Informal and relaxed with some good conversation! I'm not from the USA and the owner here was a great ambassador to Colarado. Room was cozy (no pun intended) with very comfortable beds and all the facilities you could ever need. The place was clean and presentable, no faults as far as I could see. 10/10 would stay again!

There was definitely a coziness with this inn and some sweet touches like pool toys, a surprise hot tub and some common spaces outside! We were bummed that the wifi was too overloaded and not even accessible in the afternoon/evening as we really needed it to get some business done. One morning the breakfast didn't get set out until we had to leave at 8:30. Definitely a place we wanted to keep our shoes on in the room as well!

Kind considerate and understanding

I called to let them know that we were going to be late getting in. They were understanding and kind. It is good to know that there are still people out there that understand that life happens. We will definitely stay there again in the future

For the price what can you expect? Definitely old property and privately owned. The room seemed decently clean, just super small and the AC sounds like it might explode. Breakfast is as expected, cereal and toast. The hot and pool is nice though. Weird thing is the bathroom had a rug. Yuck! Never seen that before. Gives off the vibe that you might get shanked in your bed one night.
