The property is showing its age. I booked in April, and it’s my fault I didn’t check back before my trip. I specifically wanted a property with a pool, but the pool is closed at this time. It’s not even filled up. We liked the breakfast and spacious room. The staff was friendly. The area outside the rooms was dirty and could use attention.

We had a great three night stay at this property. The room was very clean and comfortable. Misty was great and very accommodating. When checking in I was informed that we may experience some issues with hot water and if we did notify the front desk and they would make an adjustment to our bill. We did have some issues only while either one of us were taking a shower. I mentioned it to Misty and she gave us more than fair adjustment. This was our second stay at this property but will not be our last.

This hotel seemed to experience many challenges. Lack of staff, hence room service was poor. No hot water due to a problem with their water heating system. Hair dryer not working. Many complained to the front desk and we were promised a crédit for all the inconveniences, which we never received.
