"We booked this to be close to the airport or metro area but it’s not walking distance, however, there is a shuttle every 30 minutes that the hotel offers. And you can grab the metro from the airport. Overall staff was kind, facilities is nice - however, cleanliness could improve."

"Terrible hotel, very dirty room AC not working as hotel does not connect the AC until mid April, room was extremely hot and even with the windows open it was impossible to get a good night sleep. Bed sheets had blood stain on them and bathroom had flies. Don’t recommend this hotel. "

"Clean room and helpful staff. If you don’t have a car the staff can call a taxi for you. Or get the Lyft/Freenow app. The rooms are themed . If you like comic con and cosplay this you may appreciate this. Recommend for grown kids as some of the art maybe a bit much."

"Everything was fine we basically used the hotel to sleep and shower, the only thing I didn’t like is that it was kind of far from Milan center and almost no option of restaurants around the area."

"Very clean. Perfect location for us as we were attending a concert 2 mins walk away. Room was very warm. Breakfast buffet included was great, everything you could ask for. Room furniture a little dated but fine. The shower was over a bath, personally I’d much prefer a large walk in shower, I have never taken a bath at a hotel. "

"The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff was a highlight - thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and went our o their way to make sure we were taken care of. Breakfasts were great with bartender ready to make us fresh cappuccinos. One day we weren't feeling well and they made sure we had food. So kind. would definitely recommend. public transport to metro across the street."
