"Great little hotel, in safe, quiet residential area of Lido, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and ferries, with staff that really look after you. A quiet haven away from the madness of central Venice, no 14 ferry takes you from Lido to St Marco in just over 10 minutes, runs every 1/2 hour. Hotel really clean and with lovely garden and a couple of terraces and tower overlooking the rooftops towards Venice. Excellent continental breakfasts including lovely homemade breads and cakes. Many thanks to Marco and all the staff including Tatiana, Francesca and Paul."

There was some confusion with the shuttle, but i take the blame since even tho the instructions could have been better it was overall my fault but they went out of there way to get me. The hotel is right next to train, friendly staff and solid food. I would stay there again if I traveled to Venice."
