"Visit was during NCAA SOFTBALL REGIONALS. It was the same weekend as University of Tennessee graduation ceremonies. Hilton is located a few blocks from Market Square which is a cool walking park area with lots of history and statues. Plus many shops and restaurants. The city is very nice! The Hilton is classy. My only concern was with the bed. I expected it to be better. It was a bit lumpy. Other rooms may be more updated. The shower was good. Parking is expensive."

"I’ve stayed here twice. The staff are always very friendly and it was very clean! The bathrooms could use upgrades, but otherwise we love the rooms!"

"Room was nice and breakfast was very good! The bathroom was a bit small but was nice to have liquid hand soap and lotion and shampoo, conditioner and body wash all mounted in the bathroom!"

"Didn’t know there was construction going Tim at the property prior to booking. Over crowed spaces due to this. Also the commode in our room had someone’s long pubic hair on the back of the toilet seat when the lid closed "

"Proximity to downtown and market square. Appreciated the charging staition for guests but did not feel it was appropriate to charge since paying the fee for stay"

"The hotel was pretty clean for being an older hotel. My only 2 complaints are the bed was one of those awful thin spring mattresses that was SUPER uncomfortable. The other is we were on an end room on the 3rd floor and there was a parking lot light that was right next to the window making it look daylight 24/7 definitely need better windows coverings on at least that room."
