"We can’t say enough about our stay here. The owners were two of the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like we were friends who had come for a visit after not seeing each other for many years. Food was great! The room was sweet and comfortable. We loved our stay and will plan on returning when we’re next ‘across the pond.’ When we were leaving, the owner came hurrying out to wave goodbye to us as we were pulling out of the driveway. That’s a first for us! "

The breakfast options were generous and a delicious way to begin a busy day in the highlands. Proprietors were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local area dining and making sure we were comfortable. A great stay overall!"

"2nd year of staying in Sheila's lodges,she is a lovely lady who makes you feel very welcome.the lodge is situated in a lovely tranquil area, its so peaceful and quiet even the deer and sheep visit you.about 20 mins away from Fort William and easy access to aviemore, kingussie wildlife park and other places. "Huge thanks to Eileen for hosting us in this cozy, very clean and well equipped cabin. Very peaceful place situated away from main road, and with spectacular views. I've never enjoyed my morning coffees so much before. It's located just 11 miles from Fort William, and if you fancy climbing Ben Nevis, it's just over 12 miles to Ben Nevis Visitor Centre, or just 9 miles to the North Face car park for Ben Nevis via CMD Arete route. We'll definitely consider staying at The Posh Bothy again, next time we're in Scottish Highlands."
